What we provide
We offer life-transition financial planning consultations and continuing financial management guidance. We do not sell investment products, insurance or funds, hold client money, execute trades, or act as a licensed securities dealer or a tax agent. Where a regulated activity is required by your situation, we will say so and refer you to a licensed provider.
Using this website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and to send us an inquiry. You agree not to misuse the contact form, not to submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to disrupt the site or its form handler.
Inquiries and consultations
Sending the inquiry form does not create a client relationship or obligate you to engage us. A client relationship begins only when you and we both sign an engagement letter that sets out the service, the fee, and the scope. Until then, any communication is preliminary.
Fees
Fees for consultations and ongoing guidance are set out in your engagement letter, agreed in writing before any work starts. We do not take payment through this website. The first 20-minute scoping call is at no charge.
No guarantee of outcomes
Financial planning deals with future events that cannot be predicted with certainty. We do not guarantee investment returns, tax outcomes, or any specific financial result. A plan is a structured set of decisions, not a forecast. You remain responsible for the decisions you take and for acting on the plan.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, and visual design — is owned by NeuralFrame Life Financial Planning Co., Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission, except as needed to use the site and its inquiry form.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any consultation or guidance provided is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from decisions you take on the basis of a plan.

Governing law
These terms and any engagement under them are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
